Helvetia is the feminine national embodiment of Switzerland , officially Confderderatio Helvetica Swiss Confederation.The symbolic story is usually portrayed in a flowing dress, with a spear and a shield marked by a Swiss flag, usually with braids, usually with a wreath symbolizing the Confederacy. The name is derived from the Helvetii ethnonym, the name of the expensive tribe inhabiting the Swiss plateau before the Roman invasion.
