The Egyptian General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences is the official governmental body in Egypt concerned with organizing exhibitions inside and outside Egypt.

It is also mandated to grant licenses to Egyptian bodies and companies to organize exhibitions and commercial events. The Commission follows the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Authority organized its first exhibition in 1961
